Cookie Policy

Last updated 2 November 2026 · Ornyth

This policy explains how the Ornyth website uses cookies and similar technologies. The short version: this site is deliberately quiet — we use strictly functional storage only, with no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. "Local storage" is a related, similar mechanism that keeps small settings in your browser on behalf of the site. Both exist to remember something between your visits or between pages.

2. What this website stores

That is the complete list, today, on purpose.

3. What we do not use

Because we run no non-essential tracking, we do not currently show a cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to beyond the functional storage described above, which the law treats as strictly necessary.

4. If that ever changes

If we later add analytics or any non-essential technology, we will update this policy first, and only load that technology after obtaining consent where it is required — with a genuine, simple consent choice.

5. Controlling cookies and local storage

You can clear or block cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings (look for "cookies", "site data" or "clear browsing data"). Blocking storage entirely will not break this site — the theme will simply follow your system preference instead of your saved choice.
